Lowry Park Zoo

Our week in Tampa flew by - A beach day, a fishing trip for Grandpa & Dad and a lot of great home-cooked meals... But my favorite part was our day at the Lowry Park Zoo. It's a small zoo, but has so many activities and rides for kids. We hit them all!

The kids behind me were singing "Boring... Boring... This is SO BORING!" Not for this kid!





Yes, our child is nearly naked at the zoo - Why deny him fun? That's what towels are for!

Florida, Here We Come!

The next morning, Cole and I flew to Tampa to meet Tom. Time for 'Christmas' with the Zanetti family!

Since we were home, thought it would be fun to have a little gathering for Cole's 2nd birthday - He had a blast playing with Adrianna and couldn't believe his luck when it was present time. It was the first time he really understood the concept - It was awesome and I'm so happy family got to see his excitement when opening their amazing gifts.

Thanks to a free flight from Grandpa and Grandma, Cole and I made a quick trip to Batavia before the holiday rush. Cole is free for another 29 days - Road trips will be the cool thing to do in 2012!

Wednesday - Pizza with Arianna, I mean, the McGinn family. Think there were other people there?? With her smiles and squeals, not quite sure!

Friday - DuPage Children's Museum
