One Month
We met with the pediatrician this morning and Cole is now 9lbs 13oz and 22 inches long. Overall, the doctor was very pleased with his progress - We go back next month for his first vaccine. Not sure Tom or I will be able to handle that appointment!
He was a bit feisty so we didn't get a great shot, but you can definitely see how big he's getting... AND his muffin top :)

We've learned a lot this past month - He's generally a happy baby but definitely gives a clear sign when he's hungry! He's up to 4oz a feeding, which apparently most 2 month olds eat. Who knows where the heck he'll be at that point! Told you... Fat camp! He spits up often, but we're fortunate that our little volcano warns us with a "GAAH!" Translantion - "Lady, you best grab a burpcloth asap!"
We know his smiles aren't meant for us at this point, but one little cute moment and you can't help but forget all the sleepless nights, dirty diapers, projectile moments (and numerous costume changes that follow those moments)!

Grandma & Grandpa Lundquist
Grandma and Grandpa Lundquist came to San Diego to meet Cole! They arrived on Saturday afternoon and we took Cole to Little Italy for lunch. Apparently all we have to do is feed him first, put him in his sling and he'll sleep the entire time! We were able to go to several restaurants and run errands throughout the week with this technique - Let's see how long it lasts!
Other events from the week... Sarah and Mike came over to watch football, Tom and I went out for a sushi dinner AND happy hour (thanks for baby-sitting, Grandma!), and I was able to accomplish a lot on my to-do list. Probably should've taken a few more naps, but once I'm up, I'm up!
Cole rarely left Grandma's arms the entire time as you'll see in the pictures below :)

Big Waves!
On Wednesday there were reports of 15-20' waves off the coast of San Diego... Tom got home from work and off we went to Sunset Cliffs to check it out! By the time we arrived they were only 6-8' but it was still nice to get out of the house.
All bundled up for his first time seeing the ocean...

NFL Playoffs - January 10th
Uncle Mike, Aunt Sarah and Aunt Abby came to visit Cole and watch some football. Second game ended up being pretty good! We're so lucky they're willing to spend time in our tiny apartment-
