Fun at the Zoo

Thanks to our pass, I take the kids to the zoo a couple times a month.  Cole has his favorites (flamingos, hippos, monkeys, playground and goats) but he was willing to switch it up a bit with Daddy around.  The elephants, polar bears and new koala exhibit didn't disappoint!

Touch a Truck

Yesterday was the big event of the year!  I worried Hayden would be scared of the horns, but she was a trooper.  She slept the first half hour, walked most the time we were there and didn't flinch once.  It being Cole's third year, didn't think there would be an issue but he was a bit scared at times.  Nothing a hot pretzel and the Robosaurus show couldn't fix! 

*Kudos to Tom - He helped them on Friday for 5 hours... Got up at 5:30am Saturday morning and helped them set-up... Walked around with us from 10-3pm... And then stayed for 3 hours to help them clean-up.  He's amazing!
