Sutton - One Month

Not too sure how we got here already - Time is flying.

Sutton is a fussy one, but she doesn't spit up. Sure, I'd love it if when her eyes were open she was calm and quiet, but the fact I don't have to pack 19 extra bibs and shirts in the diaper bag or constantly clean the couch, floors and everything else in a 3 foot radius? I feel like I have an easy baby for once.

Weight: 9lbs 9.5oz
Length: 21.5in
Head: 94 percentile (of course)

Likes: Sleeping, being outside, proving nothing can wake her, girl talk at 3am, letting everyone in San Diego know she's gassy and ticked off.
Dislikes: Sunlight and combs.

How she spends her days:

The 6-7 week mark where we finally get a smile can't come soon enough.

Hayden & Elsa

Hayden was given the same choice as Cole - A trip to Disneyland or a birthday party. We were surprised when she went with a party, but when she started listing the details we realized she pretty much wanted to recreate Avery's princess party.

She requested Elsa and was adamant that no boys were allowed. She then decided Uncle Brett could come, but Daddy and Cole still didn't make the list. It took some time but Daddy, Cole, Kendall's brother and the other Daddies were finally allowed to come to the park. So sweet of her, no?

She was a bit under the weather the morning of but she rallied when we put on her dress. Her love of Frozen is so adorable and I wish I would've had the time and energy to do all I wanted for the party. In the end, it didn't matter - Her smile said everything and I'm so grateful we were able to make her dream party come true.

Inside Out

We dropped Sutton off with Aunt Traci and Uncle Brett, and took Cole and Hayden on a date - They loved the commercials and kept hoping we'd get a chance to go see it. We laughed... We cried... It was fantastic. So nice not worrying about Sutton and being able to surprise them with a fun morning!

Determination

When Grandpa was here he asked Cole if he could do a tripod - He couldn't but he's worked his way up to 162 seconds and is convinced it's a world record!

Best Daddy to the Best Kids

Lounging, bagels and presents started off our Father's Day...

Then we hit Mission Beach for a car show and some fun in the sun!

Mandatory stop - He would end every day with a Slurpee.
